that's why I took the photograph like a person diagnosed with autism is known to communicate in person. I like the color scheme, the reason I bought this color scheme is to show unity towards the Los Angeles Rams (2022 Super Bowl champions) and UCLA (my place of birth). I also don't want to gamble nor go university again unless I'm serious; having extra money to spend is a trigger for me to overindulge in alcohol so I've started to get into wristwatches, this one is nice, approximately 80$ shipped which is more than I'd usually spend on a watch. I use this product to keep from being fired (laid off) for tardiness, gauge my running progress and ability to hold my breath.
Great Watch!
This is my husband's 2nd watch just like this. He loved his last watch and it has lasted a long time, but due to rough usage and just general wear and tear, the rubber was starting to come off around the watch face. The watch was still working perfectly. He was a-okay to keep the one he had, but I thought it would be good to have a new watch. He agreed as long as he could have the same one (didn't want to learn a new watch). So, yes, this is well priced and perfect for my husband.
Yes no frills watch!
My husband is a huge fan of g shock watches!! He loves to work out and his job has him working at all hours, and can be physical as well!
These watches are rugged, durable, and amazing for all that he does wearing it.
I really like this gshock better than his last one, for him to be able to work out in and be able work at all hours. He needs to be readily able to access the time and date, and to be able to glance at your wrist and have a watch light up so well helps so much. This one is basic to real prettiness to it but it gets the job done, and it displays the time and date accurately. He wears it everyday, shower and all, if he forgets to remove it, it gets sweated on too, if he forgets when he's really hitting his workout hard.
One weird but definitely good thing, I don't notice it harboring smells like plastic bands tend to do!
This watch will endure
I beat the absolute S*** out of this watch. I probably only took it off a total of three or four times in the span of four years. I swam with it in the Amazon River, several lakes, and three different oceans. It survived through numerous military operations in extreme environments (desert and swamp primarily). This watch also survived a winter in the Appalachia. Hell, I even used it to find my way through a cave one time. This watch became a part of me, so when it finally became inoperable after four years, I came back for another one. I don't even have to think about this damn thing, it's just always there when I need it.
Good so far
I just got it today, so I give it 5 stars. I'll get back to you in a few months with an update, good or bad. I don't understand the complaints about it being too small to read and that the light doesn't stay on long enough to read the time. Unless you're blind, it's easily readable and the light stays on long enough to read the time. Remember, you're not reading a book, you're checking the time. For me, so far, it is as advertised and is working just fine.
